When searching for property it can be difficult to tell all the details of a listing from a few pictures online. Working with a buyer agent will make the entire transaction flow smoother. I have access to more detailed reports. I will regularly email you new listings and work with you to find the perfect neighborhood to live in. I can recommend properties that you may not have thought to include in your original search and exclude some that wont meet your needs.

Our meeting will give you an idea on what other properties are selling for in your area. That, along with the condition of your home, we can come up with an estimate of what your home could sell for. Ultimately, what we list your house for will be determined by you.
Together we can discuss ideas of how we should market your property along with what you expect a real estate professional to do for you. We don’t just sell the house for you, we sell it with you.

You can find sale investments and lease options in any town or borough.
