About Greg Broadbent

My name is Greg Broadbent. I am a realtor working southeast Connecticut and SouthWest Rhode Island. I specialize in the coastal communities and luxury properties that are along the coastline along with helping relocations and first time home buyers. I am both an experienced buyers agent or listing agent.

As a buyers agent I do make sure that you are aware of all my listings but I will provide you with information on all listings that are on the market. I don’t want to waste your time or my sellers time showing you a home you are not interested in.

As a Listing agent I have the full marketing tools that RE/MAX has to offer. Having a world wide team of agents helping to sell my listings gives me and advantage over smaller local companies. I personally come from an online marketing background and have additional skills to help promote your property to new buyers online.

I donate both my time and money to a number of good causes with in the community. Every transaction I complete, a portion of my check is donated in your name to either Children’s Miracle Network or Susan G. Koman Race for a Cure.

  Our local office also participates in supporting our local Little League teams. We provide funds that award prizes for skills competitions along with helping to maintain the equipment and fields.

  I support Habitat for Humanity. Spending time helping to rebuild older homes that new families can move into.
