About Greg Broadbent
My name is Greg Broadbent. I am a Real Estate Consultant working in southeast Connecticut and SouthWest Rhode Island. I specialize in the coastal communities and luxury properties down the the coastline. I am experienced with Summer Homes, relocations and first time home buyers. I am both an expert buyers agent or listing agent. As a buyers agent I do make sure that you are aware of all my listings but I will provide you with information on all listings that meet your needs. I don’t want to waste your time or my sellers time showing you a home you are not interested in. The old New England layout of local towns and villages presents visitors with many different neighborhood flavors. I have been a life long resident of the area and can distinguish the differences for my clients.
As a Listing agent I have the full marketing tools that RE/MAX has to offer. I am also a member of The Institute For Luxury Home Marketing. The Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) membership gives me access to additional marketing tools. My international team of RE/MAX agents and a partnership of other luxury home specialists around the world, provides me with a unique Competitive advantage over other agents. In addition to networking with other experts, i have a business degree from Bryant College (Rhode Island) and a background in online marketing. The top tools of the past with the specialized networking of the present and the marketing of the future provides my clients the best tools for selling their home today.
I donate both my time and money to a number of good causes with in the community. Every transaction I complete, a portion of my fee is donated in your name to either Children’s Miracle Network or Susan G. Koman Race for a Cure.
Our local office also participates in supporting our local Little League teams. We provide funds that award prizes for skills competitions along with helping to maintain the equipment and fields.
