Masons Island is a part of Stonington which is a part of New London County. It has coastal frontage on the Mystic River and Long Island Sound. Named after John Mason a strong military leader and settler who first took control from the local Indians.

There are not a lot of different condo complexes in Masons Island, so be very clear as what you want. If none are available i will need to look in some of the surrounding towns. If you would like to use the "send me a comment" feature you can give me more details on what you are looking for. . Important questions to answer are; how many bedrooms are you looking for? Do you have any pets? What kind and their sizes? Are you a smoker? What style are you looking for, Ranch, Townhouse, Colonial, Converted building, etc. Be careful when you ask for a new building in south east CT because some very nice condos have been made out of historic buildings. They may be only a few years old, but the age will still say their original building date.
