There are a lot of different condo complexes in Stonington, so be very clear as what you want. It might be best for you to use the contact feature so that you can give me more details. Important questions to answer are how many bedrooms are you looking for? Do you have any pets? What kind and their sizes? Are you a smoker? What style are you looking for, Ranch, Townhouse, Colonial, Converted building, etc. Be careful when you ask for a new building in south east CT because some very nice condos have been made out of historic buildings. They may be only a few years old, but the age will still say their original building date.
