These Lords Point real estate statistics are over the last 12 months.  They include single family residential sales only.  There are currently 5 properties on the market.  Their average days on the market is 175.  The average list price is $490k and the median is $375k.    I have not taken out the summer homes or year-round properties but I would be happy to update the information for anyone who wants to request it.

Nothing is currently under deposit.  That is not completely unexpected for this time of year.  However, there were 5 homes that have sold within the last 12 months.  These homes averaged $394k for a list price with 266 days on the market.  The median was $389k and 194 days on the market.  It is always nice to see more homes having sold over the last 12 months than the number of homes currently on the market.  The average list prices compared to sold prices seem to be on target as well.  In Lords Point, sellers have been able to, on average, sell their home for 93% of the list price.
