It’s been about a month since we sold 254 Deerfield. During the month, we have had a chance to reflect on how lucky we were to have you represent us during the selling of our home. Even before we contacted you to list our house, we knew that you were the right agent for the job. We especially liked that you grew up in the area, had experience selling similar houses in our neighborhood and became successful in a part of the country where the houses don’t sell themselves. In addition, we loved the photos you took (not blurry, duplicates or weird shots that you see in other agents’ listings), the amount of traffic you brought in to see our house and the “realtor intuition” you provided during the selection of a buyer. Thanks again for all of your hard work, your availability and access through phone, text and email and the box of chocolates after the closing!
