We had the pleasure of working with Greg twice. We worked with him on the purchase of our lovely home in Mystic. And, we worked with him on the purchase of a home for my Mom.
As for the purchase of our home, we were immediately impressed that Greg was the listing agent. Consequently, we knew that it was a good house and priced to sell.
Home buying is a significant experience. All of the questions and issues that arose in our transaction were addressed adeptly by Greg. We were the buyers, and he was representing the sellers!
Greg went out of his way to accommodate us, and I think it’s fair to say that I was a bothersome and exacting buyer. I remember one evening near the closing I asked him to measure a wall for me. He replied, “Can it wait one day? The Sellers are in boxes!” Naturally, I said “No” because a sale of a piece of furniture I wanted to purchase for that space was ending that night. So, Greg said “Fine” and sure enough, within minutes he called back with the measurement.
That’s how it was with Greg. You ask and you receive. And, you receive quickly. He always took my calls. I don’t remember a time when I got his voice mail. Any question I had was promptly responded to by Greg. no matter the time of day.
He took it all in stride. Nothing pluses Greg. His dedication to his business and his respect of all clients made our home buying experience pleasurable and memorable. It’s hard not to like and respect him.
Consequently, we immediately contacted him when we were looking to purchase a house for my Mom. (That purchase never materialized as she eventually moved in with us.). Greg knew that her living with us was an option but it didn’t stop him from showing us numerous homes, including condos, for her.
Once again, Greg went out of his way to accommodate us. We tapped into his broad knowledge of the market and the differences between purchasing a house or a condo. Greg was well versed on both. He knows everything from new construction to antiques. He knows condos. He even knows the rental market. He understands the importance of “location.”
In sum, we would say that if you want a truly dedicated professional to help you purchase or sell a property, call Greg. He’s not just out to earn his commission. He wants to make his clients happy and fulfill their dreams.
