The second floor of this house is the main floor and it takes advantage of the horizon views of Lords Point, Stonington Borough, Fishers Island and Latimer Light house. The large front deck capitalizes on the cool ocean breezes, warm afternoons and sun rises that can take your breath away. For a truly unique experience I watched a full moon on a crystal clear evening rise up over the horizon and light up the night sky. It seemed so close that you could touch it.
Named for its curvy street, Crooked Road is just one of those roads asking for people with bare feet walk run or play on warm summer vacations. Everything in Latimer Point is walking distance. Although the main beach and docks are on the southwest side of the point, it is only a minute or two to walk. With all roads being private, non-residents are strongly discouraged for coming onto the beach association property.
The house consists of two bedrooms on the main living space with a large open living room, dining room and kitchen. The lower level includes a family room with nice separation from the upstairs. It also contains a laundry room and a third bedroom. There is a small room in the back of the house that can also be used as a bedroom or storage.
