I bought 55 Ann Ave. Mystic CT because I liked the safe, quiet neighborhood that was both close to downtown Mystic and an easy, quick commute to the submarine base in Groton. I liked the additional living space available in the basement, as well as the spacious deck for entertaining. Just off the deck there is a hot tub that we have enjoyed. The finished half of the basement provides a great second living space, and the unfinished half provides plenty of storage space. The neighborhood is quiet and we are comfortable talking walks or going for a run, and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen has plentiful cabinet space and there’s lots of natural light.
I like the small-town environment of Mystic; the people, the restaurants, the shops, and all the outdoor activities available in the area. There’s plenty to do and see in Mystic, and the casinos, Boston, and New York are a short trip away. I have enjoyed living at 55 Ann Ave, Mystic and I believe the next owner will too!
