As a REALTOR, you are a paid professional. Sometimes that means giving your client good advice that they don’t want to hear but NEED to hear. A dirty, smelly, over-priced house is not going to sell. Even if it is the “Best House in the Neighborhood”. You should get good at telling your clients what they need to know in order to sell their home.
How this benefits the Buyer/Seller client: They will learn to trust what you say when you give them honest advice, or they will work with another agent, get burned, and come back to you.
