I met Greg Broadbent through his grandmother approximately eight years or so ago. At that point in time, he was just starting out as an agent in the real estate business. I told him then that if I ever decided to sell my home, I would definitely contact him.
After an unexpected injury, Greg came to see me at the rehab facility and, after much discussion and lots of good advice from Greg, I signed a contract. Within two weeks Greg came to me with an offer which was very close to the price I had requested and, after minimal negotiation, a contract was signed between myself and the prospective buyers. Everything worked out beautifully and a little less than one month after leaving rehab, I was in my condo and the sale of 36 Clipper Mystic was finalized.
I would recommend Greg to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home. In the few years he has been involved in the real estate business, he has established himself as one of the up-and-coming young agents in the area.
